The Afghanistan Plan in a Couple of Screens

My inner Hayekian/Smithian finds this hilarious because it's an exercise in indulging the (fatal) conceit of the men and women of system who think themselves qualified to direct other men and women in the use and employment of their capitals. My inner humanitarian is weeping because a lot of people are going to die.
